After a period of diagnosis, the company is working on the implementation of the first actions.
The 18th arrondissement, where Héliotropion has already developed projects, is one of the targeted neighborhoods. Several partners should join the project: seniors’ associations, retirement homes, cultural venues, training schools.
A call for participation for young artists is launched.
