The cultural policy pursued by the Town Hall of the 18th is characterized by the desire to develop projects with a real anchorage with the territory and the inhabitants of this arrondissement and ensuring a high level of artistic quality demanding.
This action is complementary to the cultural policy of Paris. Nevertheless, it allows initiating and supporting very localized initiatives.
