artistic activities and educational projects
In parallel with the realization of shows and performances, the company is developing for several years a mediation work : creative workshops mixing amateurs and professionals from different backgrounds, ages, disciplines and cultures.
2015/16
As part of the plan Culture and Art in middle school and in partnership with the Conseil Général de Seine-Saint-Denis and Citoyenneté Jeunesse, Digital Body / poetic body in rela- tion to images. A project with pupils at J.Jorissen middle school in Drancy.
2014/15
As part of the plan Culture and Art in middle school, In#visible / a project between dance and acrobatics in relation with the new creation of the company realized with SEGPA pupils at Leon Jouhaux middle school in Clichy sous Bois in partnership with the Conseil Général de la Seine-Saint-Denis and Citoyenneté Jeunesse 93.
2012/19
Corps de Ville # part1 – Cities and people – an European project, three countries for three cities. Paris – Krakow and Turin in partnership with different cultural organizations, schools, training centers and simple inhabitants.
The second part (2015/19) will see the project take place in Cagliari, Erevan, Porto, Paris and Tunis and this second part will be based on memories : City body # 2 – between tradi- tions and modernity, the city suspended between its past and its future. 2008/09
A dance, theater and puppets project involving 40 young disabled persons from EMPRO – Etablissement Médico-professionnel de Suresnes – in partnership with the Jean Villar Thea- ter and the town of Suresnes.
For two years this project was created by Clotilde Tiradritti, choreographer of the Helio- tropion company and Philippe Ricard, stage director of the Septembre company and with the collaboration of the whole EMPRO institute pedagogical team.
2004/05
Ballade sous chapiteau and Ballades en Turbinet, two multidisciplinary festivals : dance, theater, circus and street arts.
A field work of several months with social centers the EDL Porte de Montmartre/ Porte de Clignancourt, cultural organizations, schools, libraries and sports centers.
Implementation of several awareness workshops for children. Renewal of the previous year performance, slightly changing the starting formula in order to broaden the scope and really emphasizing the meeting with the audience. Hence the idea of getting out of the tent, offering a varied program in various unusual places such as urban spaces, parks …
The festival became an itinerant one and change its name to Ballade in Turbinet (because of its proximity to the Binet Street).
2002
Pieds nus sur Terre (Barefoot in earth), (Paris 18éme) a dance project, storytelling and vi- sual arts realized in kindergartens.
For four months the contributors of the company (Clotilde Tiradritti, dance – Isabelle Mouedeb, plastic artist – Inez De Bresson, storyteller) conducted interdisciplinary work- shops with children with the aim of achieving a final performance.
2001
Resonances (Paris 18eme) a dance and vocal project in elementary schools with the im- plementation of awareness workshops led by Clotilde Tiradritti and Anne Laure Poulain (singer and pedagogue).
